A simple 50% plus majority is needed in the house to bring up charges and a 2/3 super majority in the Senate is needed to remove. 2. Set 1.3 1. What was the Iowa Democratic Party's plan for changes to this year's Iowa Caucus? They planed to hold a virtual caucus over a system of phones. 2. Why has the Democratic National Committee decided to recommend rejecting these plans? Because of recent events they have some concerns over that systems seceptability to hacking. 3. Why had the Iowa Democratic Party recommended these changes? The Iowa branch particularly had fell under accusations that its caucuses were not accessable enough. 4.
