She wants congress to pass new laws governing presidential indictment to make the process explicit.

The presidents uncooperative nature and his declaration of executive privilages.
5. How did the Director of National Intelligence (who works for the president) violate the law?
Joseph Maguire failed to relay the whistle blowers complaint to congress as is required by law.
6. What is Adam Schiff's role in Congress?
He is the House Intellegence committee chair.
7. Why do "moderate Democrats" want to avoid impeaching the president?
Those in swing states would lose their base of support for supporting extreme majors.

The American public is not in favor, just 37% support it but 50% oppose.

A simple 50% plus majority is needed in the house to bring up charges and a 2/3 super majority in the Senate is needed to remove. 2. Set 1.3 1. What was the Iowa Democratic Party's plan for changes to this year's Iowa Caucus? They planed to hold a virtual caucus over a system of phones. 2. Why has the Democratic National Committee decided to recommend rejecting these plans? Because of recent events they have some concerns over that systems seceptability to hacking. 3.
